Lipstick bleeding

While the temptation of wiping it away is usually the immediate
response, sometimes this will make the situation worse by giving
you a bigger color smear. Next time this happens, take a cotton
swab and rub it over the area that is smudged. Foundation works
as a solvent and will blend the lipstick into the skin and make
it go away.

Prevention
Apply a little lip balm to soften the lips. Apply a lip liner in a
shade that matches your lipstick and color in the lips with it, not
just line the lips. Apply your lipstick, then blot. The color will
not bleed or smudge and as the lipstick wears off, the liner gives
you a slight color left on the lips which gives a longer lasting
lip look.
